James Lukungu, also known as Jeyymoh, is a champion in both mental and physical health. As an experienced mentor, he also spends time coaching up-and-coming bodybuilders on food plans, weight, and developing the discipline required to reach their objectives. Lukungu is a mobile and outdoor trainer who works with both local and foreign customers in person and virtually via Zoom. James has taken the initiative to engage with people at Alpha Wellness Center to help them achieve their daily goals through regular workouts and frequent motivation. James is based in Kenya, Kitui County.

By utilizing the exercises, forms, and techniques he has learned over the years, Jeyymoh has succeeded in bringing forth a new wave of bodybuilders.
